BACKGROUND
Nicola Lovell has been an interior designer
for over twenty years since graduating with a
BA (hons) degree in interior architecture.
Nicola gained a wealth of experience working for a number of London design consultancies
whose clients ranged from hotels, health spas and golf clubs to wine specialists and
fashion houses.
Over 15 years ago the company Nicola Lovell was established. The business has grown significantly and has a substantial corporate and private client base, with a wide ranging portfolio spanning contemporary, country cottage and classical interiors. These have been provided for houses, holiday homes, hotels, cocktail bars and court chambers.
OUR SERVICE
At Nicola Lovell, we use our extensive experience and detailed knowledge to help clients realise their vision. We offer a complete service from concept to completion, including space planning, technical drawings, bespoke joinery, carpentry and soft furnishing.
Close attention to detail ensures a unique design is tailored to each client’s individual requirements and in particular we take an intelligent approach to maximising the use of space by careful planning. This is fundamental to any scheme be it an entire house or a guest cloakroom.
All work is carried out to exacting standards by craftsmen and dedicated tradesmen who take pride in their work.

Bespoke cabinet making
The complete design and manufacture of kitchens, wardrobes, dressing rooms and bathrooms showcase our bespoke cabinet making skills. We only use high quality materials, and are renowned for utilising all space efficiently and effectively.
Soft furnishings and furniture
From decorative pelmets and beautiful drapes to individually designed furniture, attention to detail is paramount. Signature pieces can either be sourced or designed to order.
Plans and design drawings
Ergonomic flow and the creative use of space are key to a successful project. Individual interior schemes are supported, when required by technical scale drawings including layout plans, lighting and electrical proposals and construction drawings.
LATEST VENTURE
Nicola Lovell now offers one to one house clinics, providing on-site advice on how to enhance a home with sometimes minor yet significant changes: simply rearranging the furniture, repositioning artwork or adding a colour can transform a home.
