CENTRAL CAMBRIDGE
COCKTAIL BAR
A glamorous 1920's theme with a scientific twist was the brief for this new concept bar.
Prominent graphics were employed for optimum street presence with a strong, classic design.
BAR
A warm glowing bar front with laboratory flask glass pendant lighting and a star tiled dance floor are all evocative of the 1920's.
SEATING
A comfortable high backed, heavily crushed velvet and snaking banquette seat hugs the wall. Hand tinted black and white photographs of Nobel Prize winning scientists adorn the wall above.
MIRRORS
The existing mirrored wall was divided into smaller art deco style panels with the use of coloured decals. Warm pendant lighting over drinking shelves adds to the intimacy.
CEILING FEATURES
A variety of patterned wallpapers accentuate the high ceilings and a striking contemporary ‘feathered’ pendant lights up the entrance.
